The Role - Sales Support Administrator
Location - East Kilbride
Salary - £21-22K depending on experience
Hours - 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Office Angels Glasgow have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our client based in East Kilbride.

Our client works within the manufacturing and distribution sector and due to continued growth, they are looking to add to their Business Support & Sales Administration teams.

Their East Kilbride based office offers a modern workspace with on-site parking. The up-beat atmosphere in the open plan arena gives the impression of a fully engaged workforce.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is looking to learn and enhance existing skills in their next role. Due to the nature of our client's market, there will be a lot of new product knowledge to embrace and previous experience within an Administration/Customer Service arena would be advantageous.

We are also interested in speaking with recent graduates who are looking for their first opportunity since completing their education.

The role -



* Processing and tracking orders
* Providing exceptional customer service and aftersales service
* Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery of stock
* Tracking customer details and ensuring records are kept up to date
* Liaising with warehouse staff regarding new orders
* Document control of order paperwork
* Tracking product data
* Handling enquiries, taking incoming enquiry calls and managing shared inboxes
* Form relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer service is delivered

Skills/Personal Attributes -



* Attention to detail coupled with the ability to work in a regulated/compliant arena
* Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is essential
* Team working with willingness to impart knowledge to others
* Customer orientated attitude
* Excellent customer service delivery experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Solid administration/compliance experience
