We have partnered with a fantastic new client and are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to work and support a busy in house sales team. Successful applicants will need to have proven experience working with Salesforce, be proactive, driven and have outstanding communication, organisation and coordination skills.

Proven experience working in the Property industry will be desired and successful candidates will need to have strong administration skills. This role would be perfect for a confident sales administrator who can work as part of a team but also happy to work independently.

JOB TITLE: Temporary Sales Administrator

COMPANY: Property

HOURS: 09.00am-17.30pm


ROLE: Full-Time Temp for 4 months

SALARY: £13.00 - £15.00 per hour * Depending on experience

LOCATION: City of London

  • Responsible for all enquires for the sales team answering requests in a timely manner

  • Supporting the Sales team with their administration, including diary management and setting up meetings

  • Assigning cases to executives

  • Liaising with Estate Agents and Brokers

  • Use Salesforce, Office 365 and MS Outlook to coordinate the office

  • Arranging visits and bookings

  • Ability to be organised with strong ability to prioritise your workload

  • Be proactive and driven, willing to go the extra mile to support


  • Experience working with Salesforce is desired

  • Experience within administration, team assistant or office support roles.

  • Experience working withing the property industry would be preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Mailchimp and Outlook, internet search engines.

  • Strong team player but also keen ability to work independently.
