Are you an experienced Administrator with an excellent understanding of the sales order process? Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a growing team for a reputable company based in Bromsgrove.

Job responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

  • Managing general sales inbox

  • First point of contact for telephone and visitors

  • Processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims

  • Providing the highest level of customer service

  • Handling and processing incoming customer sales enquiries via telephone and email

  • Providing quotations to customers

  • Monitoring the progress of Orders and advising clients of changes at all times

  • Liaising with internal departments

  • Providing general admin support

The ideal Sales Administrator will possess:

  • EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service

  • Be confident with a strong work ethic

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to pick up new systems easily

  • Relevant experience of working in a busy , fast paced environment

  • Adept at Microsoft Word and Excel and SAP
