Sales Administrator

Role: Sales Administrator- Maternity Cover


Location: Biggin Hill


Salary: £25,000


Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm


We have teamed up with one of our clients based in Biggin Hill looking to recruit for a Sales Administrator to join their busy team. In this position, you will provide a high level of customer service for customers in the UK and abroad. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an award-winning company operating in a growing global market.

Responsibilities:



  • Input Customer orders

  • Process relevant paperwork for shipping of goods to customer

  • Handling of customer requests/queries by email/phone

  • Raising/issuing of invoices to customers, including check on debtors

  • Handling customer queries on repairs/issue quotes

  • Raising delivery notes for completed repairs

  • Updating of reports on a weekly basis

  • Liaising with Repair Technicians on repair of items

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Team with exhibitions and travel, etc

  • Answering/directing of calls; welcoming of visitors


Person specification:



  • Be an excellent administrator with a keen eye for detail

  • Have high level of customer service skills and be a proficient communicator and presentable

  • Be a proficient user of MS Office with Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Be proactive and able to work on own initiative, but also able to follow set procedures and instructions

  • Be an excellent team player

  • Can work well under pressure

  • Be keen to assist at all levels to get the job done
