JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset

SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to £23,000 dependant on experience

22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (increases with length of service) | Free Parking | Friendly, down to earth and welcoming team

HOURS: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE: You will work closely with the Sales Administration Manager to deliver effective communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure that products, projects and services are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.


  • Receiving and logging inbound communications from customers and suppliers.

  • Assisting with customer and supplier queries.

  • Despatching sales deliveries.

  • Sales order administration, including resource scheduling and creating invoices.

  • Liaising with suppliers for pricing, stock availability & delivery status information.

  • Assisting with procurement and purchase ordering.

  • Reviewing and monitoring service contracts.

  • Maintaining stock control and assisting with stock takes.


  • Previous office experience is required as well as a genuine interest in IT.

  • You will have working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to pick up new systems with ease.

  • You will be a great team player and be able to communicate effectively both internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
