JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator


LOCATION: Bridgwater, Somerset


SALARY: Up to £25,000 PA DOE

HOURS: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

THE ROLE: Working in a team of 6, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer orders and queries and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking a busy role that offers great variety!


KEY DUTIES:



  • Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries via phone and email.

  • Order processing on the system.

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports.

  • Maintaining and updating customer databases.

  • Dealing with delivery / courier queries.

  • Contributing to the overall improvement of sales processes and ordering to enhance efficiency and productivity in the team.


THE CANDIDATE:



  • You will have excellent customer care and communication skill and a confident telephone manner.

  • Prior experience in administration is desirable, however, if you are able to demonstrate excellent customer support skills in a retail or hospitality environment then training in the office will be provided.

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office - particularly Word, Outlook and familiarity with Excel.
