Role: Sales Administrator


Location: Bradford


Salary: up to £20,000 (Depending on Experience)


Hours: Monday- Thursday 8.30am-5pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (1-hour lunch)


Contract: Permanent



Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a new opportunity? If so, then this could be the role for you! Our client is looking for a highly organised, team player to be part of their Sales Admin team based in Bradford.



Duties:



  • Provide administrative support for the Sales Team

  • Input Sales orders using Sage 200

  • Raise Purchase orders with suppliers via email

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email regularly

  • Handle customer order and delivery queries

  • Advise customers on price and stock availability

  • Liaise with Sales Team for technical / product queries

  • Update customer and product records

  • Undertake other Ad Hoc duties (Partake in annual stock take)



Experience:



  • Highly competent on Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable

  • Excellent team player

  • Experience in Customer Service both verbal and written

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Highly organised
