Office Angels are currently working with an established organisation who are expanding their team due to continuous growth and are seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent contract basis.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely successful company, who uphold a strong reputation in their field and maintain excellent relationships with their customers.


This is an initial temporary contract, to start ASAP, with the view to turning permanent for the right candidate in early 2022. Please only apply if you are available immediately or with a short 1-2-week notice period.



  • Salary £24K - £26K, however can be negotiable depending on experience

  • Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

  • Location: Boldon

  • Close to public transport links

  • Free on-site parking

  • Contract: Temporary initially with the view to turning permanent in the New Year


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Speaking with UK and International customers

  • Receiving and processing customer orders

  • Verifying orders, including customer's personal information and payment details

  • Contacting/responding to customers by phone or email, to answer queries and obtain missing information

  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records

  • Compiling monthly reports

  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments

  • Customer Support via telephone

  • Updating internal systems with customer orders and liaising with other departments

  • Polite and pleasant manner/good customer care skills

  • Strong experience of using various software/CRM systems (not essential, but is beneficial) - in order to process sales orders and invoices

  • Good team working ability, as well as being able to work independently

  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested


Please note: This is purely an administrative role which involves speaking to customers, there will not be any sales/selling or cold calling involved in this position.
