Due to increased business levels, Office Angels are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work for them directly supporting the team in the Birmingham branch. You will be an integral part of a growing team offering administration support to the Sales Consultants and Business Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous Sales Administration experience and either have previous recruitment background or a strong desire to work within this industry sector along with the drive to progress their career.

You will need to have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Be organised and have good attention to detail

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets


  • Interviewing candidates for temporary and permanent opportunities

  • Updating our Sales-Force Database

  • Advertising positions on Broadband

  • Legal Compliance Administration

  • Liaising with clients and candidates

  • Preparing internal sales literature & marketing material

  • Obtaining sales leads

  • Sourcing for suitable candidate for roles we are currently working on

  • Managing email in box

  • General Administration
