We are looking for a Sales Administrator to work as part of a small exiting team working Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm with 1 Saturday in 8 working only 3 or 4 hours, your training and support will come from your Manager.


Due to the location you will need to drive as this client isn't on a bus route


As the Sales Administrator your duties are listed below



  • Respond to all customer enquires for prospective clients.

  • Regularly receive and make calls to increase sales enquiries and sales opportunities.

  • Proactively build strong working relationships with end customers

  • Process quotations to orders.

  • Work with other internal departments to achieve customers' expectations.

  • Carry out a range of customer service and administration duties.

  • Proactively contribute to the completion of the team's workload

  • Perform other duties as reasonably requested by your manager, from time to time.
