We are currently recruiting for a Sales Admin assistant for one of our clients based in Kingston, please see full job description below:

Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant

Location: Kingston

Contract type: Full time

Hours: 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday with a one hour lunch break each day and 1 Saturday in 3 or 4 (7.30-11.00am) which will be paid as overtime

Salary: £23k-25k per annum.

Job Description:

To provide administrative support to the sales team and reporting to the Commercial Support Manager.

Tasks will include (but are not limited to)

� Input of sales data; monitoring of stocks and resolution of related queries; collection of prices and input onto system.

� Creation and maintenance of files, whether computer or paper based, on products and suppliers; compilation and issue of correspondence.

� Checking and timely handling of invoices passed for payment - including any follow up.

Requirements for the role:

� IT literate with word-processing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft office suite.

� Time management skills and working towards deadlines.

� Highly organised and can demonstrate high attention to detail.

� Have excellent customer service skills

� Have the ability to work as part of a multi-task team

Desirable attributes include:

� Key Skills: Experience in the use of Spreadsheets (preferably Excel) would be an advantage

� Experience of / an interest in working in the fresh produce industry and in a trading environment

� The ambition and potential to develop beyond the initial requirements of the job

Hours and benefits:

� Days and Hours of Working: 7.00 am -4.00 pm with one hour for lunch.

� and 1 Saturday in 3 (7.30-11.00am) which will be paid as overtime

� Holidays: 23 days per annum. There may be some public holiday working

� Pension: Contributory pension where the employee contributes 5% of salary and the employer contributes 3%. Eligible to join the pension scheme after 3 months probation.
