Rewards Analyst - Immediate Start

Location - Brighton office, hybrid working approach

Hours - 37.5 a week

Salary - £20-£25 an hour, possible permanent offer after a successful interim period

Office Angels are partnering with a global organisation and are on the hunt for a rewards analyst to ensure the company remains a market leader, including looking at the annual compensation cycle, creating salary benchmarks, job evaluations and the bonus and incentive plans.

About your new role:

  • Provide guidance to the HR on compensation matters.

  • Evaluate roles against Willis Towers Watson (TW) pay data

  • Levelling and pay range related projects

  • Market pricing / benchmarking exercises

  • Annual Gender Pay reporting

  • Year-end salary review process

  • Work with external professional industry organisations to understand and develop market practices

  • Ensures appropriate controls, documentation, and recordkeeping.

  • Awareness of GDPR regulations and principles

  • Provide team support for HR Operations analysts.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a similar analytical position

  • Experience of Willis Towers Watson pay data (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of compensation salary planning incentive programs, equity plans and marketing pricing

  • Good communication skills

  • Detail orientated, analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent numeric skills.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines.

  • Familiarity with the ERP
