JOB TITLE: Revenue Analyst

JOB TYPE: Contract, 6 months - potential to go permanent

SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000

COMPANY TYPE: Music Agency

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm


Key responsibilities:

You are an essential part of the smooth running of the organisation, your main duties are:

  • To work with the International team to:

    • Provide operational expertise and best practice

    • Support the delivery of the overall annual International revenue budget

    • To provide cover for the International Business Manager, Territories Managers, Operations Partners and Junior Operations Partners as required

    • Coordinate and run revenue generating projects

  • To act as support and lead for aspects of service delivery associated with administrative support and coordination

  • To undertake analysis and reporting to support the International team using excel

  • To lead on key operational workstreams and support roll out into the International Team

  • To act as support for all aspects of service delivery associated with annual processes such as New Business, revenue collection and distribution, conflict management

  • To be the business owner for the International enquiry queue, ensuring enquiries are resolved/escalated within a timely fashion

  • To proactively manage personal development, in order to increase performance levels

About you:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a professional, not necessarily at Manager level.

  • Organised and systematic in approach

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional approach

  • Flexible, helpful and adaptable; discrete when necessary

  • Good attention to detail

  • Self-starter, determined and committed; able to use initiative

  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • IT literate in MS office to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Outlook
