Resourcing and Talent Adviser (1 year FTC)

Manchester City Centre - Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days from home

£26,500 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Resourcing and Talent Adviser for a not-for-profit company in Manchester City Centre.

Duties will include:

• Co-ordinate recruitment campaigns


• Develop job descriptions


• Arrange recruitment advertising


• Work closely with line managers to develop recruitment plans


• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion


• Inviting candidates to interviews and rejecting unsuccessful candidates


• Producing reports


• Arranging venues for assessment centres and testing


• Producing offer letters and contracts


• Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure onboarding is completed


• Dealing with any queries from candidates

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven track record of delivering recruitment campaigns


• Excellent customer service skills


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Great organisational ability and attention to detail

Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

35 hours per week, flexitime

30 days holiday
