Our award winning client, a research agency that specialise in reputation, brand and communications research are expanding their team and are interested in recruiting a Research Manager to join the Stakeholder Research Team. Ideally, you will have already be able to demonstrate prior experience within a comparable role at this level.

As a Research Manager within the Stakeholder Research Team you will have the opportunity to work on brand and reputation studies covering multiple markets and multiple audiences ( consumer and B2B). This is a great opportunity to apply your proven skills and experience across quantitative and qualitative research.

You will be an all-rounder with capabilities in all areas of the project lifecycle - project management, questionnaire design, online survey programming, liaising with fieldwork teams, client liaison, data preparation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, report writing and presentations.

This role is being offered as a hybrid role - with the expectation of 2 days to be office based (Guildford)

Candidate profile
* Graduate - 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in your degree subject
* Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in a research agency or hands-on client-side role
* Understanding of qualitative and quantitative market research techniques
* Experience of international research studies preferred
* Experience across both consumer and B2B audiences preferred
* Experience of online survey programming preferred (Snap Surveys an advantage)
* Strong attention to detail
* Numeric ability and an interest in analysing and exploring data
* Excellent numeric ability and written English with impeccable spelling and grammar
* Self-starter, quick-learner and ability to work under pressure
* Computer literate (MS Office: Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint essential)
* Strong communication skills, happy working in a close team
* A genuine interest in market research and a natural curiosity about what drives human behaviour
* Based within commuting distance of Guildford
