Repairs Coordinator

We are proudly recruiting a Repairs Coordinator for our client in Sidcup. This client, who are well experienced in their field are looking for someone with previous administration and customer service experience to join their expanding team. This really is a choice employer!

Duties of this role include:

  • To input all new repair work orders

  • Send Client order acknowledgement email

  • Update all Repair work information

  • Update Client portals when required

  • Authorise supplier and sub contractor invoices ready to be entered by Accounts

  • Raise, save and send quotations when required

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an office, and preferably within maintenance, engineering or similar, though this is not essential.

The offices are a short walk to all the amenities Sidcup has to offer, a 10 minute walk from the train station and off street parking options.
