Office Angels are currently recruiting for an experienced administration professional to join our client based in Rochdale. This is a full-time office-based role working in their Rochdale branch. This role would suit someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional service, who thrives when supporting others and who has a can-do attitude.

The main duties are listed below:

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Responding promptly to queries, particularly in emergent situations

  • Communicating effectively with customer, colleagues, engineers, and sub-contractors

  • Following up on works carried out by engineers and sub-contractors

  • Processing invoices

  • Managing and planning diaries for engineers and sub-contractors and, notifying clients

  • Booking routine maintenance visits

  • Data entry and call logging

  • Document control including filing and archiving

  • Updating system portals

  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, IT literate with a thorough understanding of the entire MS Office suite and a positive attitude. You must be approachable and well presented with a polite telephone manner. You must also be proactive and, be able to adapt to changing situation quickly and be thorough in your approach to communicating any changes to the appropriate personnel.
