JOB TITLE: Repairs Coordinator
LOCATION: Dartford (Hybrid)


START: ASAP
SALARY: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour


TERM: Temporary until March 2024 (with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate)


HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours per week)

We are excited to be recruiting a Repairs Coordinator for our client based in Dartford, with modern offices and free on-site parking. Our client is well-established in the housing sector. They are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Repairs Coordinator to be an essential part of their team.



The day to day duties in your new job would be:



  • Take responsibility for service related complaints and queries from customers, ensuring that the complaints procedure is adhered to

  • Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance activities for residential properties

  • Liaise with residents to gather information about repair requests, providing excellent customer service throughout the process

  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of repair requests, work orders, and contractor performance

  • Monitor and track repair progress, keeping residents informed of any delays or changes

  • Work closely with internal teams to prioritise and address high-priority repair issues

  • Assist in the development and implementation of efficient repair coordination processes

  • Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing

  • Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently

  • Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
