ROLE: Rental Administrator
SALARY: £12.30ph
LOCATION: Bournemouth Centre
ROLE TYPE: Temporary
HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 5pm Friday finish
PERKS: Central location, potential to be a 6-month contract, free parking, hybrid working (4 days home working, 1 day office based)
START DATE: Ideally week commencing 30th May
Must be available to do a TEAM'S interview this week.
You will be supporting the team with administrative duties which include:
- Updating spreadsheets
- Capturing information on spreadsheets such as number of visits taken place per development
- Gaining feedback from estate agents and customers
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Previous Admin experience
- Strong excel skills
- Diligent, with great attention to detail
- Great telephone manner
