Remote Working Administrator - Part Time

Company: My client based within the energy sector provide design, project management and compliance services.

Hours: 16 hours per week over 3/4 days

Pay: £9.00 per hour

Duration: On-going contract

Your role will include but it not limited to the following:

  • Email Management: Prioritising emails, managing shared mailbox and replying to enquiries

  • File Management: Formatting, archiving, scanning and uploading documents

  • Meeting & Calendar Scheduling: Arranging meetings with potential and existing clients

  • Quotation & Invoicing: Preparing quotations and invoices to send to clients

  • Surveying & Services Scheduling: Arrange on-site visits across the UK

  • Social Media Management: Upload images, articles and videos to social media platforms as part of company campaigns

  • Purchases & Expenses: Track and log company expenses within accounting software

  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts as per clients payments and company purchases

  • Copywriting: A review and edit of basic documentation such as proposals, services contracts, terms and conditions will need to be reviewed and edited

Experience within an administrative role is essential!
