Job Role: REMOTE - Temp Customer Care Advisor


Salary: £11 per hour


Company: Luxury Jewellery brand


Location: Remote, however you will be required to attend the West London Head Office for training sessions for the first 2.5 days of the temp assignment.


Reporting to - Customer care Manager


Hours / Duration and expectations : We need full flexibility from Nov - End of December (the role will likely move into the first couple of weeks of January depending on volume) this means you will need to work up until Xmas Eve, and then resume working until New Years Eve. Weekends are included and shifts will likely be either 8am - 4.30pm or 11.30am - 8pm. You need to be available for both shifts and available to work 5 days a week until first couple weeks of January. You will be fully provided with equipment for this position that will need to be returned at the end of the assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • First point of contact for customers

  • Responding to all customer enquiries within a timely fashion

  • Dealing with all customers enquires; chasing deliveries, managing faulty returns/ replacements

  • Handling all customer complaints

  • Ensuring customers are updated effectively

  • Logging any customer feedback that impacts other departments

  • Communication with customer through various channels including; Email, telephone and LiveChat COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within customer care is essential

  • Ability to display clear and positive communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully

  • Well organised

  • Acts well under pressure

  • Team player

  • Experience with Microsoft packages
