As a Remote Employee Relations Partner you will be responsible for first line Employee relations advice and support across the business.
Job Title: Remote Employee Relations Partner
Location: Remote visiting head office once a month in Watford
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5.00pm
Benefits: Remote working, Employee discount, Bonus scheme and a Company car allowance
As an ER Partner you will be responsible for:
- Provide support on terms and conditions of employment and HR policies and procedures
- Managing Employee relations such as disciplinary, grievances, poor performance and parental leave
- Travelling to different branch locations when needed
- Reporting directly into the Head of people, supporting HR business partners and wider people team
This amazing company would like to recruit a candidate with the following
- Previous Employee relations experience
- CIPD qualification would be desirable
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
