JOB TITLE: Recruitment Executive (9 month FTC)


COMPANY: Software Development


HOURS: 09.00am-17.30pm


START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period


SALARY: £30,000-£35,000* Depending on experience


LOCATION: Walking distance from Fenchurch Street station. (Hybrid working - super flexible)

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, focusing on efficiency, and meeting cost requirements

  • Maintain a strong list of candidates, utilising all online sites that provide high quality candidates

  • Work closely and collaborate with hiring managers to build effective relationships

  • Manage relationships with a variety of candidates and profile them to prospective hiring managers

  • Getting to know the motivation of candidates and match their personality and skills to the relevant role

  • Advise hiring managers on the best recruitment processes

  • Interview candidates thoroughly, explaining the Job Description and screening them against the job requirements

  • Working closely with recruitment agencies as and when required

  • Maintain recruitment reports and other necessary spreadsheets

  • Collaborations with managers and the rest of the team and finding inclusive strategies to improve the recruitment process


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience of working within an in-house recruitment role, ideally within a tech company

  • Effectively network and manage working relationships

  • Previous experience of using a multitude of sourcing programmes and sites

  • Someone who is naturally proactive over the phone, via emails, and on LinkedIn

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • A team player who is discreet and can manage confidential information appropriately

  • Experience managing a multitude of projects and hiring manager relationships

  • Experience with ATS, sourcing, and managing candidates
