ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator - Temp to perm

LOCATION: Langley, with parking

HOURLY RATE: £13.50ph

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm

DURATION: On going temping, with the potential to go permanent

Office Angels are working with a prominent education provider, renowned for its commitment to learner-centric education and state-of-the-art learning environments. As the temporary Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the team by coordinating the recruitment and employee onboarding process. Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for posting job advertisements, engaging with managers to facilitate shortlisting, and coordinating candidate interviews. Your role will also involve effective communication with successful candidates, guiding them through the onboarding process and managing pre-employment checks.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Posting job advertisements and managing online recruitment platforms
* Collaborate with hiring managers to shortlist candidates effectively
* Organise and schedule candidate interviews
* Maintain clear and efficient communication with successful candidates.
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees
* Oversee and manage pre-employment checks

We're looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in similar positions within HR/recruitment or vetting with strong administrative skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in IT packages
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload
* Able to start work immediately
* You will ideally have an enhanced DBS on the update service, or we will put one through for you
