Recruitment Coordinator

Office Angels are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join a leading dynamic Agency based in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great team and for an organisation who can offer exciting long term opportunities.

This role will be to start ASAP and will be for 1 - 2 months with the possibility of being made permanent.

JOB ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Temp with potential to go permanent

DURATION: 1-2 months on-going, with the view to go permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (5pm finish on a Friday)

COMPANY TYPE: Retail Marketing Agency

LOCATION: Central London (Office based & remote working)

PAY RATE: £16.83ph


  • Advertising vacancies

  • Monitoring applications and job boards

  • Screening applications

  • Arranging and conducting first stage interviews (screening calls)

  • Liaising with relevant hiring manager and schedule interviews

  • Tracks / reports on live vacancies

  • Completes hiring process for retail (contract issuing, document collation)

  • Updates and maintains personnel records

  • Organises onboarding - start date, induction etc


  • Previous Recruitment experience

  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking etc.)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Team player
