Recruitment Coordinator

We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a well known organisation with fantastic benefits and flexible working!


JOB TITLE: Recruitment Coordinator


LOCATION: Exeter (potential for some hybrid working)


HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible hours


SALARY: Up to £24, 000 per annum DOE

THE ROLE: This is a fast-paced role in the recruitment department of a large organisation with multiple departments. You will be responsible for assisting with high volume recruitment across a number of fields.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:



  • You will be a key point of contact within the recruitment team, liaising with hiring managers, agencies and candidates

  • Handle requests to recruit from hiring managers ensuring that these are processed and actioned quickly and effectively

  • Oversee and take responsibility for vacant roles ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner

  • Identify suitable candidates

  • Supporting hiring managers with the full recruitment process from resourcing & shortlisting, to arranging interviews and confirming offers of employment

  • Provide feedback to the recruitment team manager and present updates at meetings

  • Work within strict deadlines to ensure all paperwork is processed promptly and relevant admin is completed on time

  • Prepare and placing adverts

  • Prepare and sending interview packs to Recruiting Managers

  • Support with interviews and provide feedback to candidates

  • Prepare offers or employment

  • Maintain and send job descriptions



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



  • Some recruitment / HR experience

  • Excellent computer literacy

  • Experience in handling sensitive information

  • Ability to develop excellent working relationships

  • Ability to prioritise work and work under pressure

  • Great attention to detail
