JOB TITLE: Recruitment Coordinator

LOCATION: Brighton

HOURS: 37.5 hours

SHIFTS: 9am-5:30pm

SALARY: £22k - £24k (depending on experience) +bonus structure

DURATION: 12-month contract initially - to be reviewed for extension thereafter

Office Angels are partnering a well-established client who have an exceptionally busy period and are growing at a fast pace. Due to internal promotions extra support is required in their recruitment team.

About your role:

  • Working actively with the recruitment team to ensure they get the best and quality candidates for the roles

  • Posting job adverts internally and externally, monitor application volumes, and provide updates to hiring managers.

  • Coordination of interviews, organisation of logistics, and communication with candidates.

  • Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers.

  • Provide hiring managers and relevant stakeholders with appropriate information pre and post interview.

  • Participate in ad-hoc process improvement projects.

  • Administration of employment contracts and offer letters.

  • Support with the onboarding of employees and pre-employment checks.

  • Assist to maintain guidelines and HR intranet by preparing and updating human resource policies and procedures related to recruitment.

  • Support the global HR team with ad hoc HR administrative tasks.

Education, skills and experience:

  • You must have experience in recruitment, HR or Admin in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.

  • Well structured, organised, and detail orientated.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Must be a team player and have a natural instinct to be helpful within the team

  • Able to work on own initiative
