JOB TYPE: Recruitment Coordinator (HR Exp +)


CONTRACT: 6 months FTC


COMPANY: Not for profit (Education sector)


HOURS: 9.00am - 17.30pm, Monday - Friday


SALARY: up to £25,000 DOE.


LOCATION: Farringdon station + remote working!!


CULTURE: Family orientated, supportive team

The primary role of the Recruitment Coordinator is to support the HR team with end to end recruitment, having some additional HR experience will be a bonus!


Experience is necessary for this position as you will be starting with recruitment from the moment you join.


DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Liaising with line managers on recruitment requirements, assisting with recruitment campaigns

  • and putting together recruitment advertisements.

  • Shortlisting and anonymising of CVs prior to the submission to line managers

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews

  • Administration responsibilities including producing contracts of employment and ensuring

  • they are issued in a timely and efficient manner

  • Ensure an effective and timely onboarding process

  • Scheduling inductions for successful candidates

  • Carry out references and other background checks

  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates

  • Provide and support the HR team in all HR related matters, as required

  • To undertake any other duties, appropriate to the post, which may from time to time be required


EXPERIENCE LEVEL:



  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in recruitment including screening and shortlisting

  • candidates

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment administration.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to adapt to a broad range of tasks and work under pressure to tight deadlines or at

  • short notice

  • Attention to detail and able to demonstrate accuracy

  • Able to deliver well under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet
