Job Title: Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Division

Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells - Hybrid working

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Salary: £22k-£27k DOE

Your key responsibilities as Recruitment Consultant would be to:

  • Build relationships with local businesses to provide them with temporary staffing cover

  • Build a network of candidates who are looking for temporary work through effective advertising and networking

  • Meet with local businesses to discuss their cultural fit and needs as well as on going service and requirements

  • Conduct interviews with individuals looking for work, establish their needs and source opportunities for them in the local market

  • Provide service and care to your working candidates ensuring they have everything they need in their assignments to be successful

Key skills required for this role:

  • A love of people, in our industry people are the epicentre of everything we do so you will need to enjoy speaking with and meeting new people

  • A drive to succeed, we can provide you with all the tools you need to do this role well but you will need to be someone who is always looking to achieve and grow

  • A passion for service, our continued success is built upon our desire to always deliver the best possible service to our clients and candidates
