Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (Permanent division)

LOCATION: Taunton (A car and driving licence is an essential for the role)

SALARY: Circa £22K - £28K PA + bonuses (realistic OTE of £45K - £50K PA)

HOURS: 40 hours per week, 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

The Taunton Team

You'll be joining a friendly, highly supportive and passionate team here in Taunton. We work closely together to achieve our goals and we are excited for someone to join us in doing that. Here in Taunton we have a combined service of 27 years so we are long established and would love a new addition to our OA Taunton family.

We would really like someone armed with prior recruitment experience to join us in maintaining and growing our permanent division, you will have one on one support from our longstanding Senior Candidate Consultant / Resourcer and an extremely dedicated and supportive Business Manager to guide you along the way. Prior knowledge of our industry means you will be well equipped for day to day life as a Recruitment Consultant and understand the tenacity, drive and confidence needed to drive your desk forwards. However, if you have a strong sales background and the right attitude we will also consider training the recruitment side. The Role

Running a permanent desk in recruitment involves so many aspects, the day just flies by. Everything you do will involve applying your customer service excellence. Office Angels clients and candidates deserve the best service, therefore our standard of candidate interviews, client visits, matching, setting up interviews, job offers, client service reviews and business calls must be of the highest standard. The role is really fast paced and busy, yet it's so much fun!

Some of you day to day duties will include:

  • Contributing to and following a simple but targeted sales plan to ensure we grow our enviable client base and to provide added value to our existing clients at all stages through the recruitment process

  • Account managing the end to end process of recruitment and talent acquisition for our clients - focusing on candidate attraction, CV pre-screening, interviewing applicants, confirming offers of employment and providing interview feedback

  • Actively maintaining relationships with existing clients - built on service Office Angels prides itself in its approach to our clients keeping in touch and taking part in activities outside of vacancy management

  • Visiting clients across Somerset and parts of Devon and business development of new business

  • Attracting and head hunting talented individuals and vacancy matching them to their dream positions

  • Reporting all recruitment activity into Salesforce for accurate monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and to provide visibility on campaign management

  • Utilising social media to enhance your brand while adhering to company brand guidelines, using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other marketing platforms

  • Providing interview hints and advice to candidates and preparing them as best we can for interviews
