Recruitment Consultant
£20k-£30k per annum, DOE
Billericay, Essex
Monday-Thursday, 8am-5:30pm & Friday, 8am-5pm

The Role & Key Responsibilities



  • Management of the full 360 recruitment lifecycle

  • Recruit within the Technology Market

  • Business development (leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones)

  • Candidate acquisition (building active and passive candidate networks for prospective clients)

  • Building your personal brand

  • Ensuring that the clients and candidates have a smooth journey with the business, they are prepped, clearly communicated with and updated at all times

  • Working on reaching out to new people on LinkedIn and supporting other colleagues in their campaigns

  • Keeping updated with market knowledge, knowing the right people to approach within the different companies

  • Planning and prioritising your day

  • Providing a professional service at all times

  • Measuring own KPI's against your expected performance and the performance of your peers using Cube19.
