JOB ROLE: Recruitment Consultant working for Office Angels
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (3 days office, 2 days home)
SALARY: £25,000 - £29,000 *depending on experience. HUGE BONUS potential and massive benefits!
LOCATION: Heart of LEEDS!

About our team:
- We have 29 years' experience between 6 of us including a Top 5 Elite Business Manager and Top 10 Consultants. Since 2021, there have been 7 promotions gained and 5 awards won
- We are regulars at our nearest bakery (sausage rolls all the way), there is always a coffee run in the morning, we love any excuse for a treat lunch and even a wine and cheeseboard after work
- We all love a singalong to the radio
- We are all avid tea drinkers (apart from one who is coffee only, but we let him off and there is someone who should never make the brews - we'll tell you the inside joke another time)
- We are Mental Health Champions (there's even 2 Workplace Responders in the team)

About the role:
- Interviewing: Coordinating and conducting interviews with candidates to ensure candidate availability is at a maximum, and the flow coming through is of a suitable calibre
- Sales / Business Development; Via various methods of following up leads such as cold calling, sending speculative emails and dropping sales materials into prospective clients
- Relationship building; Building long lasting relationships with existing and new clients and candidates alike
- Conducting sales meetings: Meeting with clients in person to showcase the services Office Angels offer and discussing roles and business plans
- Matching candidates' skills and expectations to a variety of Permanent and Temporary roles
Advertising; Advertising on various job boards / portals
Candidate Attraction; Using various resourcing methods, such as LinkedIn, job boards etc
Candidate Care: Keeping in regular contact with registered candidates to maintain up to date records
Audit: Keeping and maintaining all compliant information in reference to both candidates and clients as per company policy
- Telephone/Email; Screening, gate keeping and assisting with branch telephone and email queries
