JOB ROLE: Internal Recruitment Coordinator


JOB TYPE: TEMP-PERM ASAP START - Full Time


HOURS: 08.30am-5.30pm


SALARY: £30,000-£35,000 *Depending on experience + Amazing Benefits + Bonus


LOCATION: City of London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Run the full internal recruitment process from start to finish

  • Identifying and engaging with candidates

  • Advertising using jobboards and LinkedIn.

  • Liaising with all different departments and line managers

  • Sourcing, screening and meeting with potential candidates

  • Liaise with external agencies

  • Scheduling interviews and meetings with potential hires

  • Headhunting potential candidates

  • Assisting the recruitment team with any ad hoc administration

  • Reporting to the HR Manager

  • Sourcing for varied roles within the business

  • Working to deadlines and time scales



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • MUST be educated to degree level or equivalent*

  • MUST have a recruitment background, agency support, 360 or internal

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Great time management skills, able to priorities work load and work to tight deadlines

  • Able to run the department smoothly and implement procedures and processes

  • Switched on, driven, articulate and bright

  • Professional, well presented, proactive and a positive attitude.
