8.30am-5.30pm (flexible hours)



Our client is an international training company who specialise in Financial Services based in the City of London, close to bank tube station. They are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team as the company expands. You will be covering roles across all different departments and salary levels. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take ownership of a role and implement new procedures and processes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a Internal Recruitment role or a 360 Recruitment role.



JOB ROLE: Internal Recruiter/HR Assistant


JOB TYPE: Permanent


HOURS: 8.30am - 17.30pm (Flexible)


SALARY: £35,000-£40,000 *Depending on experience + Bonus + Amazing Benefits


LOCATION: City of London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Pre screening candidates before 1st stage interview process

  • Advertising roles through various job boards

  • Headhunting and executive search

  • Liaising with internal line managers for all departments

  • Create interview packs and arrange and schedule interviews

  • Create and maintain placement and hiring tracking systems

  • Be the main point of contact for all candidates

  • Liaising with HR in regards to start dates, documentation, Visa's and salaries

  • Managing recruitment budgets

  • Liaise with agencies when required

  • Maintain inhouse systems with employee details



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • MUST have extensive experience within an Internal Recruitment position or 360 Recruitment role

  • MUST have credible education. A level equivalent*

  • Professional, positive, self motivated and confident

  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines and manage work flow effectively

  • Must have a great work ethic and able to implement new processes and procedures

  • Strong relationship building

  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
