£24,000 per annum

25 days holiday + birthday off

Our Sale-based client - a leading professional services firm- is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising vacancies via job boards and social media

  • Proactively sourcing candidates

  • Screening applications

  • Arranging interviews

  • Arranging work experience and internships

  • Conducting DBS and reference checks

  • Arranging new starter plans and inductions

  • Offering advice and guidance to hiring managers

  • Building relationships with figures throughout the business

We are looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous office administration experience, ideally gained within HR or recruitment although this is not essential

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Great communication skills and ability to liaise with people at all levels

  • Good organisational skills
