Office based - Manchester City Centre


£20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience


9:00AM - 5:30PM



Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our well established client based in Manchester City Centre who are recruiting due to business growth.



Duties will include:




  • Creating contracts and processing extensions

  • Checking compliance documents for new starters

  • Liaising with the legal team when required

  • Acting as first point of contact for any contractors

  • Managing the timesheet portal

  • Dealing with any GDPR queries



We are looking for candidates with:




  • Previous recruitment or compliance experience - this is essential

  • Strong IT skills

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise your own workload effectively

  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
