So I may be a bit biased writing this ad but I think this job is working for the best company and people, we have a pretty special culture and work family at Office Angels. This year the Exeter branch have broken many records and are reaching new heights. We have been within the top ten branches of Office Angels all year and are expanding rapidly! By 2022 we will have 6 consultants and now need the person to hold us all together! Phew it is exciting right?

The hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday. The salary is approximately 21-23K DOE plus commission on top, but this is a supporting role not a sales role, however by supporting successful salespeople you get rewarded. We offer a hybrid working environment, private healthcare, pension, 22 days holiday (rising every year to 30) plus your birthday and bank holidays and you can tailor your own benefit package!


To give you an idea of just some of the things you will be doing:



  • Resourcing candidates for roles (this is the largest part of the role) speaking to people about their career aspirations, matching them to the right roles

  • Marketing of the branch, creating various documents for linked in, face book, Instagram and more (this is the second largest part and holds a huge variety of tasks and opportunities)

  • Writing job adverts and candidate profiles

  • Being the first point of call to answer the phones

  • The admin behind the scenes when we place a candidate in a role to ensure we are audit compliant

  • Ensuring the office has all the right stationery and equipment

  • Speaking to clients and helping consultants find the perfect match when they are on holiday


What skill set are we looking for:



  • A confident people person who has that gift who can strike a conversation with a candidate wanting to start their office career to a Director of a company

  • Has a flair for the English language with high levels of accuracy and ability

  • Experience with social media and marketing

  • Someone interested or has experience in recruitment would be desirable but not essential

  • This is a big role so the person will need to have strong office experience and proven ability with customer service, administration and writing skills

  • Strong I.T skills

  • Reliable, hardworking, go getting team player with a sense of fun
