JOB TITLE: Recruitment Administrator


SALARY: £9.92 per hour

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Office Angels Exeter are currently recruiting for an exciting position to join a large and growing health care organisation in Exeter as a Recruitment Administrator.

This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible and ongoing for approximately 12 weeks.

The main purpose of your role will be to support the recruitment manager with the day to day running of the recruitment department.

Key duties will include:

  • Coordination of recruitment, liaising with recruitment agencies and the inhouse recruitment team

  • Managing job applications and providing applicant feedback

  • Advertising roles on the company website

  • Maintaining internal staff records including recruitment, personal and employment details

  • Preparing offers of employment and statements of Terms and Conditions of employment

  • Completing pre-employment checks

  • Other related administration duties

To be successful in this role you must have a strong administrative background and be experienced in providing excellent customer or client care. You must have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have a good degree of computer literacy. Prior experience in recruitment and/or the health sector would be advantageous.
