We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious clients for a full time temporary switchboard operator for 2 - 3 months to join part of a very busy reception/switchboard team. Due to the nature of this role we are seeking a employee who is happy working in a fast paced, high volume telephone role and within a close team environment.

This role will ideally suit someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced role, have a confident and professional telephone manner and who is looking to work set core office hours Monday - Friday.

Switchboard management - answering calls as the first point of contact

  • Assisting customers with booking enquiries

  • Dealing with general customer enquiries

  • Ensuring the both the diary and customer database are kept up to date

  • Liaising with various departments

We would love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Impeccable telephone skills

  • Experience of calendar management and bookings.

  • Excellent computer literacy skills including Ms office.

  • Ability to use own initiative, take ownership and work with limited supervision.

  • Great communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence to work in a corporate environment

  • Understand the importance of confidentiality
