Job Title: Receptionist/Secretary

Location: Near Canterbury (your own transport is required due to the location of the company)

Salary: £21,000 - £22,000

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, Company profit related bonus, Private Healthcare, parking on site, you'll be part of a hard working company with a family feel

Your duties within your new role would be:

  • Answering the telephone

  • Distributing incoming mail and sending mail out in the post

  • Secretarial duties for the Shareholder such as typing up letters, sending e-mails and general office duties

  • Sending out payslips

  • Filing of invoices

  • Managing office supplies such as stationery

Skills and experience required for this position:

  • Previous Reception and Secretarial experience is essential

  • An excellent telephone manner with experience of working on a busy switchboard

  • Self motivated and confident to speak to clients over the telephone and face to face
