Job Details:



  • Receptionist/Office Manager

  • £30,000 - £35,000* Depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits

  • City of London

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm

  • To start ASAP!



Job Spec:



  • Main point of contact at reception - Meeting and greeting guests who are coming in for meetings and events

  • Maintaining relationships with building and facilities management

  • Act as point of contact with office vendors and service providers, and manage contract and price negotiations

  • Answer office telephone calls, dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries

  • Manage stationery and equipment stock checks and orders, including payment of invoices

  • Liaise with company travel agent to book travel and accommodation and act as a travel coordinator

  • Working closely with admin and EA's to support executive level with any admin duties

  • General Office Management



Requirements:




  • 3-4 years' experience in strong admin, reception, office manager / TA or similar role looking to step up and for a new challenge.

  • Communications and confidence are key

  • Personable, friendly, and approachable

  • Personality and fit for the culture and team is most important - someone who is motivated and enthusiastic

  • Able to handle a busy workload and prioritise

  • Organisation and time management

  • Must be happy to be the go-to person and manage multiple duties and roles

  • Strong team player and eager to get involved
