Receptionist / Administrator (Temp to Perm)


Location: Romford, Essex


Salary: £25,000 + Bonus


Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent


Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-2.00pm)

Responsibilities include:



  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they enter

  • Answering and directing calls, ensuring prompt and accurate communication within the organisation

  • Ordering stationery and office consumables, maintaining a well-stocked and organised workplace

  • Providing PA support to Directors, assisting with calendar management, travel arrangements, and ad hoc tasks

  • Matching invoices to fuel cards, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained

  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to various departments, demonstrating flexibility and efficiency in your work
