An exciting opportunity for someone to join an Infrastructure company who are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual for administrative support at their stunning London HQ office.


JOB ROLE: Receptionist/Administrator


INDUSTRY: Infrastructure company


SALARY: 25k - 28k


LOCATION: The Strand / 5 days office



JOB RULE INCLUDES:



  • Managing front of house reception desk

  • Meeting & greeting guests

  • Managing internal meeting rooms

  • Monitoring post and couriers

  • Calendar management

  • Travel organisation/support for the SLT

  • Assistance with Concur expenses

  • Assistance with new staff onboarding processes

  • Support in dealing with office suppliers/contractors

  • Liaising with IT department

  • General admin support for the London office



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Experience with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

  • Positive demeanour and a 'can do' attitude

  • Willingness to learn as the role evolves

  • Experience with Concur preferable but not essential
