This established and successful company, with a history of a settled, stable and contented workforce, are looking for a permanent Receptionist/Administrator. This opportunity has arisen due to the promotion of the existing Receptionist.
The office environment is modern, and department teams across the business are friendly, caring and supportive.
Reporting to, and working closely with the Office Manager. the successful candidate can expect to be Front of House with a variety of other responsibilities:-

First port of call for the office
Ordering stationary, booking meeting rooms,
Looking after stocking of the office vending machines.
Organising meetings and booking lunches, flights, hotels and taxis.
Oversee company credit card account and transactions.
Some accounts admin including Input to the purchase ledgers and Invoicing system.

Previous office experience is considered essential for this role, as is a working knowledge of Word/Excel for input purposes. Training will be provided for any other systems and processes.

Good communication, both verbal and written are a pre-requisite, and will be valued for your liaison with internal colleagues and external parties.

Hours of work:- Monday - Friday 9-5:30
(Some flexibility to WFH after probation but generally the role should be considered as Office based )
