Location: East Leeds (Parking on site)


Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30


Salary: Up to £21K DOE

You'll be based in an office with parking on site and leisure facilities within a short walking distance. Usually a difficult area to break into, this position is rare as training in the projects side will be given provided you already have strong and demonstrable administration skills.


You will be organised, friendly, driven, thorough and willing to go the extra mile for your team when the office is busy.

Candidates must be free for a start in December, this role is to start initially on a temporary basis with the view to becoming permanent.


Brief Overview of Responsibilities:



  • Front of house duties such as first point of call for visitors and the phone,

  • Office Administration duties such as distributing post to the teams, ordering stationery and PPE, processing holiday requests and updating systems etc

  • Financial administration such as checking timesheets with managers, processing petty cash transactions, expenses and fuel cards

  • Supporting the Projects Team, scheduling appointments, arranging all transport and accommodation requests for the team

  • Preparing Project manuals and drawings as required ready to go to sites

  • Correct storage and archiving of all projects

  • Liaising with clients as needed by the team

  • Initiative to problem solve and make a task your own
