Receptionist with Administration duties

JOB ROLE: Reception / Administrator


COMPANY: Accountancy Firm


HOURS: Full time


SALARY: £22,000 to £25,000


LOCATION: West Hampstead



DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:


- Answering incoming calls, transferring and taking messages


- Arranging rooms for meetings


- Sorting post


- Typing letters


- Updating spreadsheets


- Ordering office supplies


- Making teas/coffees


- General office administration



SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:


- Previous Reception and Administration experience


- A hard working and flexible nature


- Highly organised


- Good communication skills
