You will be working closely with a team of administrator's to provide a high level of secretarial support.

Here's what you'll be doing as their Receptionist & Team Administrator: 🌟



  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.

  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.

  • Scan incoming post and handle outgoing mail.

  • Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across multiple floors.

  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.

  • Order catering for meetings and events.

  • Book couriers as needed for deliveries and collections.

  • Supporting with inbox and diary management for the wider team.

  • Dealing with various documents, inputting information onto the internal system.

  • Assisting the Office Manager, with general administrative and facilities duties.


Requirements: 🌟



  • Previous experience within professional services is required.

  • Some administrative experience is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
