Contract Type: Temporary


Hourly Rate: £11.44PH


Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)

Our client, a reputable care home in Laleham, Spelthorne, is seeking a motivated Reception Administrator to join their team. If you have previous reception experience and excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome

  • Handle general correspondence and telephone inquiries efficiently and effectively

  • Assist in managing apartment residents' requests and provide necessary information

  • Maintain staff records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

  • Ensure the smooth running of front of house operations

  • Prepare and maintain stationary orders, stock, and records

  • Act as an information hub between the local site and head office

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff members

  • Assist in village activities as required


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous reception experience is essential

  • Online DBS certification is preferable

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software
