Hours: 7:30-16:30

Office Angels Birmingham are representing a highly professional company based on Solihull Business Park who are seeking a temporary receptionist for 2-3 months.


Duties



  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office

  • Ensure all incoming correspondence, including calls and emails, are dealt with professionally and efficiently

  • Manage meeting room bookings via the on-line booking system

  • Booking appointments and sending out follow up letters

  • Ensure stocks and supplies of tea, coffee, kitchen roll, milk, etc. are always maintained;

  • Prepare paperwork for all meetings

  • Ordering stationery and other office supplies

  • Raising and receipt purchase orders

  • Organisation of Post

  • Any other ad hoc duties and administrative support as may be required from time to time.



The ideal Front Of House Receptionist will possess:



  • Previous front of house reception experience

  • Skilled in meeting and greeting guest in a courteous and professional way

  • Is able to demonstrate the ability to answer queries of visitors and direct them to the right person
