Join our client's dynamic and enthusiastic team in Solihull as a Receptionist! As an experienced customer service professional, you will represent our client and their team in a corporate environment, providing exceptional reception service and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and address all clients and guests in a professional and pleasant manner, ensuring a first-class first impression.

  • Manage the visitor sign-in process, issuing security passes, and advising on specific health and safety requirements.

  • Answer calls efficiently, transferring them as needed while providing exceptional service.

  • Maintain the reception area within set client standards, proactively recommending ways to raise service standards.

  • Proactively handle face-to-face and telephone inquiries from clients.

  • Coordinate and book meeting rooms, including additional service requirements.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the client's services to enhance the customer experience.

  • Stay updated on policies, procedures, and general information to provide clients with accurate information.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate as necessary.

  • Communicate operational concerns and potential issues to your line manager.


Requirements:



  • Immaculate presentation with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Experience in front-of-house operations, such as corporate or hotel environments.

  • Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • A team player who can multitask and prioritise workload.

  • Basic IT skills (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Databases, Email, and Web).
